"Love the programming although I wish they'd get more episodes of programmes they already offer instead of adding other programmes. Many of us like to binge-watch instead of waiting months or years to see new episodes. Also, the app tends to hang or crash when I try to back up in an episode."

I like that it isn't English dubbed but keeps the original voices of the actors in their various languages with subtitles. And there is spectacular scenery of the various countries & with The Art of Crime, of the Louvre & other settings with their masterpieces. I also like that I can download to watch offline."

"Great programs, but its hell on earth if you try to cancel your subscription. I spent an hour and a half trying ro cancel the subscription I got as a gift a year ago. They say a dialogue box will pop up asking if you want to cancel or pause the subscription. Baloney! Nothing pops up, I'm on the website for over an hour trying to unsubscribe!"
